Free Shipping within Australia:

Elixir & Orb offers free shipping with orders over$120. Otherwise $9.9 shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. We aim to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.

 

Processing Time:

All orders placed with Elixir & Orb are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In instances of high order volumes, there may be a slight delay in processing, and we appreciate your understanding. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Time:

For items currently in stock, please expect delivery within 7-10 business days. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will promptly contact you with an estimated delivery date. Typically, items not in stock require a manufacturing period, resulting in an estimated delivery time of three to five weeks. We’ll  keep you informed throughout the process.

Lost Shipments:

Elixir & Orb holds itself accountable for the safe delivery of your orders. However, in cases where tracking indicates that a shipment has been delivered, Elixir & Orb cannot be held liable for any lost shipments.

Customer Availability for Signature:

Elixir & Orb is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the customer not being available for signature upon arrival. Please ensure someone is present to receive and sign for your package.

 

Unforeseen Circumstances:

Elixir & Orb is not responsible for delayed delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or technical issues with the shipping company. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, external factors may impact the actual delivery date.
