At Elixir & Orb Jewellery, we understand buying jewellery online can be challenging, and we understand you may want to see it in person first. That's why we offers a flexible 15 days return policy. If you're not satisfied, you can return it for any reason within 15 days.

We stand behind our jewellery 100% and guarantee every piece we supply, ensuring its quality without compromise.

We offer an refund on all jewellery subject to the conditions below:

• Contact Us: Email us elixirorb@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange. Our Customer Consultants will assist you promptly. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Merchandise Condition: Items must be returned in brand new condition with tag/package (unused/unworn and complete with all accessories).
• Packaging: Ensure the jewellery is well-protected to avoid damage during transit. Use the original packaging or equivalent. Items damaged during transit cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for the safe return of items, including insurance and tracking. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Faulty Items: If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost. For refunds due to preference, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
